Can yum install everything?

Hi,

I have tried yum as discovered on:
http://fedora.artoo.net/faq/#InstallSoftware

I see what is available:
yum list available | grep -v debuginfo | egrep "livna|fedora"

Next,
yum check-update

Next
yum update

So, I have all of these nice headers of things I want to install but no
RPMs

How does one install "all" of the packages?


yum install *     does not work.
Must I download packages manually and install them one at a time?

Please help, 
I would like an alternative to "slow" but "easy" RedHat up2date
