Removing virus

Hi,
Because of this list I started scanning for viri, and f-prot found these:

Virus-infected files in archives cannot be deleted.

Virus-infected files in archives cannot be deleted.

Infection: W32/Mimail.C at mm
Virus-infected files in archives cannot be deleted.

Infection: W32/Sobig.A at mm
Virus-infected files in archives cannot be deleted.

Infection: W32/Swen.A at mm
Virus-infected files in archives cannot be deleted.

Does anyone recognise these files and know if they can be removed? Or how I 
can remove them?
