Bind-chroot and ntp time

Yes, I also had this log time problem until /etc/localtime was copied
over to the chroot directory. Bind defaults to logging in UTC otherwise.
Alexander, I find it interesting that you didn't have this problem. You
are in UTC +2 so your logs should also be different. Did you set "system
clock uses UTC" on installation maybe?
