Upgrade to mysql 4.0 rpm from mysql.com

I did an upgrade on two servers by removing the mysql3-rpms and 
installing the mysql4-rpms from mysql.  first of all install the 
shared-compat-rpm. this was some weeks ago. no problems yet.
