Shouldn't it be the other way around:
/etc/exports file as such:
Server at 192.168.0.3
/name_of_directory 192.168.0.4(rw,no_root_squash)
client at 192.168.0.4
mount 192.168.0.3:/name_of_directory/ /mount_point
Bob...
