Problem writing DVD-RAM

Hi,

after doing a fresh FC2 installation i can't write to dvd-ram anymore :(
which wasn't a problem with FC1 and a 2.6 kernel.
When i try to mount a already formated disc i get "mount: block device
/dev/hdc ist read only..." and trying to format (mke2fs -b 2048
/dev/hdc) a new disc gets me "/dev/hdc: filesystem is only readonly while
creating the superblock"
(don't know if this is the correct translation from the german message).
I tried it with my normal user and the root user and /dev/hdc without
ide-scsi should work.

i changed
brw------- 1 felix disk 22, 0 23. Feb 22:02 /dev/hdc
to
brw-rw-rw- 1 root disk 3, 0 23. Feb 22:02 /dev/hdc
with no luck

xcdroast + k3b are working and writing dvds
Drive LG4040B
Kernel 2.6.7-1.456_4.rhfc2.at

Hope somebody has an idea for me...

Cu
Felix
