Does Core2 come with Cyrus-IMAP and Postfix standard? Or do I have to custom compile it?

However, depending on your needs and skills, you may want to consider
dovecot rather than Cyrus-IMAP.  Not as suitable for high-end
applications, but much easier to get working.
