Disabling IPv6

My experience too, while disabling IPv6 in the modprobe.conf with an
entry "alias net-pf-10 off" or "install ipv6 /bin/true" is all what's
needed. The "NETWORKING_IPV6=no" in the network config file is then just
cosmetic.
