Going to the Fedora Project website you could have found yourself a huge
list of official mirror servers, a lot of them are FTP:

http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html

Make your choice, go to a server which is near you and run something
like

wget -c
ftp://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/fedora/linux/core/updates/2/i386/*.rpm
