Upgrade to mysql 4.0 rpm from mysql.com

Though it was once written for FC1 users it is still valid in most
parts. You have to respect 2 main circumstances when upgrading to the
MySQL.com version 4 rpms:
- the names of the RPM packages are different
- a lot of dependencies against the MySQL packages of Fedora by other
packages
