DVD Playback Problem with ogle, xine, mplayer -- totem works!

I found success with another player: totem. I installed totem using
# yum install totem

and I can play DVD movies. There is some output from totem, however, 
that may be helpful to get these other players working. I'll paste it 
below (The Transporter is a pretty cool movie, too, btw! Check out the 
music by Stanley Clarke in it!):
