Cannot play mp3

Hi,

Can anybody help?

I can't listen any music on Fedora Core. Noatun, xmms,
etc do not work. I also get a message like: cannot
open     /dev/dsp, no such device.

Is there any player to play mp3/mpeg files that does
not require root privileges to install on Fedora Core?
That is, can I install some player in my own user's
account?
