Problems --FC2, 2.6.6 kernels

Yes I have another card in a pci slot 
this is what i get if i do an ifup eth1
Jul 11 10:41:20 ontheroad dhcpd: receive_packet failed on eth1: Network
is down

I'll look at the networking-scripts and see if i find anything.
