Sendmail [was OpenSSL]

Ok,

I've narrowed my problem down.

With log_level set to 15, I get a message saying
"Jul 13 17:20:38 beta sendmail[19030]: STARTTLS: ServerCACertFile missing"

But, it is not missing, I generated the file and it is there?

What could be causing this?
