WRONG,

No one expected you to know anything specific.  They expected you to be
polite in your responses to their attempts to answer. No one wants to
help the jerk who is rude.  Everyone will help the one who is
considerate and asks for help with a little bit if netiquette.

You have gotten several attempts to help, and if you will be specific
and polite about the problems you are having instead of demanding or
ranting a lot of us will help.
