Problem when executing Make with Quanta BE2 3.3

Hello All.
Ive used FC1 and now migrated with a fresh installation
to FC2.
Now, i want to compile Quanta BE2 3.3 and when executing MAKE,
it gives an error that i cant find out why..
Is a problem with FC2? in FC1 there was no problem, and i really want to 
have
Quanta BE, cause its a very nice program.
