Problem with 3c905 + DECchip 21041 - Networkcards

Hi all,
after installing FC2 on a second box I could'nt connect to
network/internet - both cards are ok I tested this with other
Linux-Distributions (knoppix, mandrake, ...).
Hardwaredetection of FC2 are finding this cards:
3c905 100BaseTX [Boomerang] is activated and running. Pinging other
boxes in the network or any Internet-Address I get 'Destination Host
Unreachable'
DECchip 21041 [Tulip Pass 3] was not found by Network-Configurator.
After adding by hand I tried to activate this card I get 'hardware is
missing'
Any idea?
TIA
Andreas
