How to schedule for every two fridays with cron and/or at?

Mike I wish you luck with a utilities prog. what you need in utils. is 
different to my needs and to a lot of other FC users,me I use 
~david/scripts and throw all small bash-scripts,work-arounds,CML's,
obscure  and less used prog commands into it.
