RPM installer

Hi.
When I open a installer in FC2 It show me only group of software, I don't have 
access to rpms. 
Can I missing something or I am doing something wrong? 
FC2 has a  rpm installer? That I can chose rpm to install it and it find all 
depended rpms what are need be installed also?
