Dear Rod,

You've got the point! When I download mhhh,..., .iso images, for
example, from a congestionated FTP server, my system reaches download
speeds circa 110 kbps (my other 2 workstations sharing the LAN internet
connection!).

Why when my friend sends 3 Megabytes files to me via MSN-Gaim I have
time to sleep for a while?

When my 3 machines are connected to the net I can download a Fedora .iso
image in an hour and a half.

Maybe I'm prejudiced, but I'm begining to think that the problem is not
Gaim but...another, :-)
