Okay, this doesn't solve the general file not found error you are
getting with rug, but as James Wilcox just pointed out to me on rc-devel
the above is caused by a bug in Red Carpet (the GUI), which will be
fixed in the next release, whereby it barfs on a leading space in the
URLs above.
