Rescue from a floppy?

Yes, I've tried floppy 1st, cd 2nd, hd 3rd, and cd 1st, floppy 2nd, hd
3rd.  They both seem to skip the cd.

Did you verify your bios settings have the CD listed as boot source
prior to the harddrive?
