Up2Date erroneous reporting update

I fixed this by manually downloading the new rpm from the fedora site
and installing it by hand. Someone on the list explained it away as being
somthing to do with the kernel-doc package changing from being
architecture specific to architecture-neutral and thus confusing up2date.
Personally I think that means up2date needs fixing. And no, I'm not
volunteering... :-)
