UnixTree problem under FC2

Hi all,

I've been running the file management utility UnixTree happily for many years
under RedHat and briefly under FC1. However, the upgrade to FC2 rendered it unable
to generate its own X window. It will still run within a terminal, but response times
are unbelievably slow.

I assume the problem derives from the switch from X86Free to Xorg.
Is this problem likely to disappear under future releases of FC?
I've successfully rebuilt the executable using the Xorg libraries
but this doesn't fix the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
