What is the latest version of 'glibc-kernheaders' ?
If there is a new RPM for 'kernel' will there be new version of '
glibc-kernheaders' ?

yum install glibc-kernheaders
If you want to compile a kernel specific module you need the
kernel-sourcecode package.
