FC2 to next Enterprise

Looking at history, Enterprise upgrades will only be supported on previous
Enterprise versions.  For example, RHEL3 could upgrade from RHEL2.1, but
not RHL9.  It may work, but it is unsupported, and you are paying the
money for Enterprise to get support...
