REPOST: FC2 - Autologin not working

That sets up the KDM login manager, but FC2 uses GDM by default. 
You should either set up GDM for autologin by "gdmsetup" or 
change to KDM by editing /etc/sysconfig/desktop and adding
DISPLAYMANAGER="KDE"
