32 bit apps under AMD64 Fedora

I found FC1 to be completely unstable on my x86_64 machines, but
before I upgraded I was able to run things like Matlab and Mathematica
just by installing the proper libraries.  Unfortunately there were
indeed issues because occasionally the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of
packages conflict.  No such problems so far with FC2; I would
definitely recommend it over FC1.
