current kernels in rawhide?

Anyone getting any memory errors while trying to upgrade/install the
latest kernels in rawhide? Now I don't have any kernels installed
(well, they show up via rpm -q and I see
the /lib/modules/kernel-version) but the error is something about memory
lock or can't open memory and it doesn't seem to do the mkinitrd
command. And it doesn't update grub.conf neither.

Here is the error(s)...

[root at scooby RPMS]# rpm -ivh kernel-2.6.6-1.422.i686.rpm
Preparing... ###########################################
[100%]
   1:kernel ###########################################
[100%]
memlock: Cannot allocate memory
Couldn't lock into memory, exiting.
mkinitrd failed

Output of free in case think a memory problem...

[root at scooby RPMS]# free
             total used free shared buffers
cached
Mem: 386116 339136 46980 0 36460

-/+ buffers/cache: 151368 234748
Swap: 786232 0 786232

Now, this was on my server, but my desktop updated and is running fine.
Since I don't have what seems to be a good running kernel, I don't want
to reboot my server until I can somehow get a kernel installed
successfully and it updates everything.
