No, netiquette says just the opposite:

1) keep thins in their cronological order: older on top, newer on
   bottom.
2) DO NOT repost the whole message. TRIM as much as possible of it.
   Do not clog the servers and, above all, make all dialup users PAY
   AGAIN for screenfuls of bytes they had already downloaded.

   And even on a flat rate, what saves the most time is not having to
   look to a lot of text already read. Hence, do NOT send it again.
