Despite not being explicitly listed, looks like a Zyxel chipset jobbie whose 
driver lives here (no idea what is actually in there, just LOOKS like it):

Last I looked, driver not working with 2.6 Kernel yet.  I have two of these 
guys (Origo brand) keeping dust off my shelf.  Avoid.
