Looking for command line recording which works on FC1 and RH9

I am looking for a command line recording software which has RH9 as well
as FC1 version, as I am planning to upgrade to FC1 in coming few months.
I am looking to record telephone calls, so the software should support
starting recording above a certain noise level & stopping below a
certain noise level and automatically naming.

Can someone please recommend such software.
