You didn't get the network setup, so it couldn't find the stage2.img. 
Look in /usr/share/doc/anaconda-10.0/command-line.txt for references to
command-line options.  You shouldn't have the :::::eth0.  Try something
like this:

ip=192.168.1.17 gateway=192.168.1.1 dns=192.168.1.1 ks=http://...
