Visio equivalent wanted

I have used dia a lot for most of my diagram needs. But just in case you
want a chose I have also used kivio and xfig for other diagramming
needs. All three tools have strong points and weak points.
Someone has already pointed out dia's website, so here is kivio's and
xfig's just in case you want to take a look:

http://www.xfig.org/
Kivio probably has the easiest learning curve and xfig has the hardest.
