Force Nautilus to refresh thumbnails (was Re: Video thumbnails gone -- how to regenerate?)

ignore what i said. i just noticed as well that mine wasn't making 
thumbnails again. i thought it made them after the update. but it seems 
my memory failed me on this little incident. it's a bug!
