xfce4 installation ?

Maybe you can use yum to install it over the net (yum install
xfce4-panel) or use yum to show you all available packages (yum search
xfce).

Another way is, to copy all xfce* files from CD4 and all libxfce* from
CD3 into one directory on Harddisk and then perform a rpm -i * in that
directory.
