Hi, I am hoping one of you can help me.

I have a eMachines M5116 laptop with a screen resolution of 1280x800; but I 
can only get it to work at 1024x768.  I managed to get it working using 
Mandrake 10 with XFree86 using the folowing comfiguration file.  I have tried 
placing it in /etc/X11 but the graphical system fails to load.  Would 
somebody be able and willing to help me translate it to work with xorg and 
FC2 please.

I saw the post in the list sugesting to just place the new resolution in 
xorg.conf, with no effect
