with kernel 2.6, eagle driver work but don't found the source

1 - install sagem driver (don't work)
2 - install eagle driver (he uninstall sagem driver and found the kernel 
source)

with kernel 2.4, no problems

the driver in mandrake is a eagle and some eagle's developper user a 
mandrake ; this work not on many PC : this driver is not a final version
