Slow glxgears and ATI 3.9.0 driver

I got R9200 and similiar results. Glxgears are also odd to me, but Counter 
Strike under WINEX works nice (about 64-70 fps, maybe more - possibly 
there is an FPS limit, it doesn't bother me)
And it's very nice to hear, that ATI driver works under FC2 :-) One more 
point for making update :-)
