Which links and why were they missing? Did you do an upgrade?

libsane-epson.so.1.0.13
-rwxr-xr-x   1 root root  98000  7. Mai 16:45 libsane-epson.so.1.0.13

There is no libsane-epson.so file nor link, and that is ok.
