FC2 smp not using all memory

Hello,

I've installed FC2 onto an HP Proliant 380G server which has 5GB of main
memory. However, 'top' only shows 4GB being used/recognised. The bios
detects all 5GB.

I have tried adding 'mem=5G' and then 'mem=5120M' to the kernel command
line but it still only sees 4GB.

The kernel is the stock 2.6.5-1.358smp, and looking at the kernel
configuration (make menuconfig) shows that support for up to 64GB has
been built in (CONFIG_HIGHMEM64G=y). As such I would have though that
seeing 5GB would not be a problem.

Anyone any ideas about this? I'm currently (still) looking through
google and the MARC archives to see if anyone else has this problem, but
I cannot see anything. HP web site next I guess...

Thanks,

John.
