Sure, just read up on mod_proxy in httpd.apache.org. In your situation
it would probably take a few lines such as:

<VirtualHost blah.foo.org>
ProxyPass / http://internal.address.org/
ServerName blah.foo.org
ServerAdmin big co com
</VirtualHost>
