Can't use my mouse!!!

Help me!
I've installed the new Fedora Core 2, but the mouse NEVER worked.
I used a Dr. Hank Wheel Optical mouse (no function) on the instalation.
After that, I've tried to change it to my serial Genius NetScroll mouse, but there's no success...
Can somebody tell me how to use a mouse, ANY mouse, on Fedora Core 2?
Wich files I have to configure to do so???
