RH/FC: Mouse loses sense of location via use of console switchers

I had the same problem.  Lately I just use the keystroke commands to
move between servers vs. the buttons on the kvm switch and every thing
has been fine.  I can't move between systems while one is rebooting or
I'll lose the mouse completely though.
