It's not provided out of the box, it seems.  Copy the following text,
save it in a file named "/usr/share/applications/fedora-xsane.desktop"
and Sane will appear on the Graphics menu as an item named "Scan
images". (You'll need to provide an Italian name and desciption for it
in Name [it] and Comment[it].)
