grip sometimes encodes files that are not playable

Hi Serge,
Funny I had the same problem with my Cat Stevens CD making oggs!
I ended up encoding to MP3 with lame but now there are lots of skips and
sharp unnatural sounds from the mp3's.
When I rip to the hard disk only and then play the wav files they are
fine. If then encode them manually one by one from the command line I
get the same issue regardless of the encoder (lame , blade, oggenc)

To top off the issue I also installed DVD::rip and where it worked fine
on FC1 it will say complete in FC2 and the avi file is lost, or it will
complain about one of the chapters and refuse to rip. But the movies
play just fine.

So my friend your not alone. I am busy trying (well not for the last
week anyway) to work out what the cause is, I will let you know unless
someone beats me to it.
