No, it is no problem using Windows[tm] as the burning platform and Nero
Burning ROM is able to do it correctly. Given you have valid ISO images
downloaded - not corrupt, md5sum checksum are fitting - then follow the
instructions on how to burn ISO image files with Nero which ahead placed
on their website:
