Kickstart installation

I am trying to install FC1 using kickstart with the following boot
parameters:

linux ip=192.168.1.17:::::eth0 ks=http:192.168.1.29:/download/ks/lvd2.ks.cfg

The kickstart file is there and I can read it with a browser, so
permissions/http server, etc are setup ok.
I get the following error message:

"Error opening kickstart file (null): Bad address"

I am not sure about the ks=http syntax, I found it on google:
http://www.networknewz.com/2002/0321.html

Is this the right syntax? How can I fix the error?
