This same error showed up for me. It appears to be related to a yum
update from Dag's repository.
Old logwatch --> logwatch-5.1-3.noarch.rpm
New logwatch --> logwatch-5.2-0.1.1.fc2.dag.noarch.rpm
This is not a fix, but hoping to shed more light on the problem.
Freshclam is something unfamiliar to me.
