Ooops,
~  William was correct, I just checked it out.  It was an assumption on
my part.
~  The problem is everything in cron.daily gets run at 4:00am always.  To
get it to run at a different time, you need to use the Task Scheduler to
add an entry for root to run '/etc/cron.daily/yum.cron' at the
appropriate time(s) you want.  Or you can use 'crontab -u root' to edit
by hand and add an entry.  I prefer the Task Scheduler approach.
